Opening Session of ACHEMA with focus on energyThe Opening Session of ACHEMA on Sunday June 17th focusses on the energy turnaround and its effects. EU-Commissioner Günther Oettinger will give the opening speech, followed by a panel discussion with Tony van Osselaer, Bayer MaterialScience AG, Rudolf Staudigl, Wacker Chemie AG, Fritz Vahrenholt, RWE Innogy, and Uwe Schneidewind, Wuppertal Institut, on the question "The energy turnaround and the chemical industry – opportunity or threat?”.
